Good purchase
My wife purchased this chair accessory for my office at work! It offers a soothing massage without being overly intense, and the heat feature is just right. Dealing with chronic back pain, degenerative discs, and nerve discomfort while sitting can be challenging, but this product provides me with temporary relief at an affordable price. I own pricier devices for home use, but this one is an ideal fit for the office.

Good for the price
My two complaints are that 1) it's super noisy and 2) the massagers are just a couple inches too far apart to hit the spots they're supposed to. It works, the programs included are okay, for the price it's better than just a heating pad.

Received this before Thanksgiving as a gift for my dad who has severe back pain. As soon as he plugged it into and outlet and turned it on the remote began to smoke and gave off a burning smell. Stopped working within the first 30 seconds.

Only work for one day
This massager worked for one day. I used the seat with all modes and vibration for several hours. The next day nothing worked no electric no sound after trying several plugs in my house. Very disappointed.

First and foremost, I am a senior citizen. I've had car-seat massagers (not pricey ones) for a long time, so I'm familiar with these items. While driving, I enjoy massaging and heat intervals. Because of the 10 massage regions, the lumbar support, the many massage options, and the two heat areas that work independently, I chose this device after much stress and research. I have a Shiatsu massage chair at home, so I'm familiar with what it can do (and I adore it!). However, I didn't want those hard balls stuck in my back while driving. When I received the product, the first thing I noticed out of the package was how luxurious the fabric is -- so soft! Then when I put it in my car seat, it covered the whole seat -- nice and big. When I got in the car, the seat stayed put -- this has been a problem with previous units as they shift every time you get in and out of the car and it's annoying. Also, the seat is well-cushioned. I use this unit every time I get into the car -- I don't care how short the trip! And that is all the good stuff I can think of for now.

Convenient
I'm a busy kind to go to a massage place so I need something on the go when I am driving to help relax my body. This is simple to install, easy to use and convenient. A little off because of the noise but it is my first so i'm not sure if all massage chairs are like that. Besides that so far so good to me.
