Stops working quickly

It’s great, it vibrates, but I’ve had 3 and returned all of them, because some of the rollers don’t work or you have to unplug it to turn it off. Make sure you return it in the allowed time. Too bad, I really wish it would work.

Vibrates only

The title is misleading, there is no massaging that occurs. The points on the chair vibrate, that’s it. They don’t even move position. It should be called a vibration seat because that’s all it does.

Disappointment

Finally arrived more than 10 days after ordered. Very flimsy. Very overpriced and not able to deliver on time. Gave it to Goodwill that’s how disappointed I was did not do anything I was expecting. Looks really good in the picture in person very cheaply made.

Really wonderful product.

Bought this item for a Granddaughter that is an LNA at a local Hospital. She has used it and loves it. Relaxes her muscles from a tense day of helping patients within different health conditions and putting a strain on her own muscles.

Good purchase

My wife purchased this chair accessory for my office at work! It offers a soothing massage without being overly intense, and the heat feature is just right. Dealing with chronic back pain, degenerative discs, and nerve discomfort while sitting can be challenging, but this product provides me with temporary relief at an affordable price. I own pricier devices for home use, but this one is an ideal fit for the office.

Good for the price

My two complaints are that 1) it's super noisy and 2) the massagers are just a couple inches too far apart to hit the spots they're supposed to. It works, the programs included are okay, for the price it's better than just a heating pad.

Received this before Thanksgiving as a gift for my dad who has severe back pain. As soon as he plugged it into and outlet and turned it on the remote began to smoke and gave off a burning smell. Stopped working within the first 30 seconds.

Only work for one day

This massager worked for one day. I used the seat with all modes and vibration for several hours. The next day nothing worked no electric no sound after trying several plugs in my house. Very disappointed.
