A: Massage Cushion comes with a screw located on the back of the unit to protect the massage mechanism during shipment, which must be removed before the first use to allow the massage feature to function. Use the provided Allen wrench. Then, properly dispose of the screw

The perfect relief
I have had similar items, but none have been as strong as this one. The relief I get from using it is perfect, just make sure you are drinking enough water or you will feel sore the next day. I use it at least 2 times per week.

Great back massage.
I had one like this for over 25 years and it finally died. So I looked at the name of the manufacturer and found one like the one I’ve had before. So I ordered it. It’s even better than the one I had before a little lighter and has side vibrations that are great. I Highly Recommend this to anyone who loves a good back massage.

Other than this is insanely loud, I do like the features. Theres just no way I could have this running during a virtual meeting or phone call. I've had to turn the television up 10 clicks I'm volume from my normal setting to attempt to hear it well enough over the sounds of the massage and heat features. Hoping it gets quieter after more uses?

AHHHHHHHH! FEELS GOOD!
Bought this for my dad for Christmas, and he loved it. Decided to get one for myself about 6 months later. We both really enjoy the massage features, and use that the most. Our only suggestion to increase the rating to 6 stars would be to make the lower back massage reach a little lower. It does a great job, just wish we could feel the pressure more on the lowest part of our backs.
