Material is too stretchy
I loved the heat feature, but after 3 months, the fabric became loose and tangled in the rollers, stopping them from working. Untangling it didn't help, and it just stopped working.

Defective
I bought this on September 28th, and by November 3rd, it completely broke. I barely used it for an hour at a time, and it started making loud clicking noises. Then it just stopped working on one side. The rollers seized up, and it made a really loud noise. Of course, the return window had already passed, so I ordered another one, and it broke almost immediately. I'm getting a refund and buying a higher-quality one.
