The pressure sensor allows you to monitor how deep you are massaging the area. The pre programmed routines allow you to focus on the area that bother you. I personally love the back pain routine after a day in the office sitting behind a desk. It takes 3:30 and I feel much better after. I have tried all of the different features and this is for sure the best massage gun I have owned.

I love the convenience of the usb charger on this, and the design that allows you to hold it at a bunch of angles. My most problematic area is my shoulders and upper back, so I wasn’t sure how useful this would be in that area if I’m using it alone, but the different handle sides and videos in the app showing how the model uses it were super helpful in reaching these areas. It feels great, I’ve mostly been using the dampener attachment but the regular one is nice on bigger muscles like quads and glutes.
