Q: The one I bought just pulse seats and doesn’t turn cold. I have a fair gun prime plus. How do I get it to work?

Q: I cannot get this attachment to work with my Thera gun prime plus. It just pops right off when I press the start button and obviously turn cold because when I push the start button it pops off is there some way to get it to work?

Overpriced, ineffective, a con

Put on an icepack - easier, quicker and significantly cheaper. I was bitterly disappointed, as apart from cold, it doesn't provide anything!

Does not pulsate

Item works great and as advertised. It is used like an ice bag, but it maintains its temperature. There are three settings for this massage head add on and the red sensor lights do not come on when in use. This is in reference to the red led light bulbs. After using; my joints definitely feel better.

Nice attachment

I have only used this attachment few times. From the use i have with it, works great . I will use it after a long bike ride when my knees are hurting. The device gets ice cold. Better then an ice back.
