This stayed ice cold/borderline brain freeze for my migraine, and my hot flashes for 18 minutes after sitting in my freezer for the day. For me thats amazing. I put cold packs used for lunch boxes on my face and neck when Im hot flashing or when I have a migraine. After the 18 minutes it was more of a gentle cooling. This was tested at a room temperature of 78F. The wrap is soft and squishy. The fabric is soft and silky feeling. The price point was really good, and most importantly, there was no overpowering smell. I was about to order the other one available on Target, but read that it was scented. Scents make my pain worse, so that was an instant no for me. This wrap is comfortable, has mild compression, a great price point, and it stays soft and pliable. 10/10 would reorder.

It's comfortable and doesn't slide around. It's not tight on your head but fits snug.

My sweet puppy. An Australian Shepard just 1 year and 4 months. Got onto our headboard and ended up tearing this apart and throwing it up. Symptoms were delayed... but we ended up having to rush him to the vet. He was put in critical condition and it was so sad to see his muscle spasms and this sweet soul in such a condition. Just a little after 12 hours of fighting we sadly had to put him down. If you have dogs. Please DO NOT BUY... there is a toxic chemical in these. Only 21 cases have been identified. 22 including my dog. And my puppy was the 7th death due to this chemical.

Perfect fit - just enough pressure without being too tight & didn’t make me feel claustrophobic. I found that freezing it for an hour was perfect. 2 hours made it too cold to wear.

I love that it's extremely stretchy but still just taught enough to stay on my head securely. I also love that as opposed to other migraine caps that get really hard like ice, this one is a gel so it's always squishy and conforms well to my head. Stays really cold but doesn't get painfully cold, even when being permanently stored in a 0 degree fahrenheit freezer.

This feels so good! It not only is great when you have a headache (keep it just on your forehead or pull it over your eyes!) but when it's super hot outside and you need to cool down. Pop it in the freezer and it's nicely chilled quickly! And it fits over all of my hair (I have a lot) without a struggle!
