Q: Can it be used hot or cold

A: We recommend that the Headache Cap be used cold. Place inside the zip bag provided and inside the freezer for 2 hours. Remove cap from freezer, and test its temperature on the back of your hand. If it is too cold to place on your head comfortably, let it sit out (out of the reach of children and pets) until it reaches the desired temperature. Store inside the bag provided and out of the reach of children and pets when not in use.

Q: Is the entire product get cold? Or only the front section where the forehead is?

If you like a wet cloth on your forehead while you're sick, this is for you.
It's comfortable and doesn't slide around. It's not tight on your head but fits snug.

Heartbroken..
My sweet puppy. An Australian Shepard just 1 year and 4 months. Got onto our headboard and ended up tearing this apart and throwing it up. Symptoms were delayed... but we ended up having to rush him to the vet. He was put in critical condition and it was so sad to see his muscle spasms and this sweet soul in such a condition. Just a little after 12 hours of fighting we sadly had to put him down. If you have dogs. Please DO NOT BUY... there is a toxic chemical in these. Only 21 cases have been identified. 22 including my dog. And my puppy was the 7th death due to this chemical.

Did not expect to love this cheap cap more than the $70+ ones elsewhere, but I did!
I love that it's extremely stretchy but still just taught enough to stay on my head securely. I also love that as opposed to other migraine caps that get really hard like ice, this one is a gel so it's always squishy and conforms well to my head. Stays really cold but doesn't get painfully cold, even when being permanently stored in a 0 degree fahrenheit freezer.

I love this cooling cap!
This feels so good! It not only is great when you have a headache (keep it just on your forehead or pull it over your eyes!) but when it's super hot outside and you need to cool down. Pop it in the freezer and it's nicely chilled quickly! And it fits over all of my hair (I have a lot) without a struggle!
