Broke off the wood handle after the first time extending it.

Works great and is good quality - I also love that it is adjustable and compacts to be easily stored.

Absolutely not worth the money. It is very flimsy and the handle is the part that touch your back which actually stop the scratcher. Very poor design

I bought this for my husband as a joke, because I’m “his back scratcher,” but he uses this thing all the time now! Would recommend!

This back scratcher was bent within 1 day and broken completely apart after 2 days of regular use.

It lasted about a month or two before breaking. The metal is very flimsy and moves around when you are scratching so it's hard to keep it in one position or know which direction the comb is facing. Good wood handle, but the comb part is tiny, so it doesn't cover a large area and the scratch can be a little rough. I think I might prefer an older type of scratcher. The only advantage of this one was that it's easier to store since it can be shortened.

the only flaw in this product is the lack of a hand-felt direction in the handle. It is sometimes a little bit difficult to determine which direction the hand is facing while finding the scratching spot. Everything else is great!

I like that it extents far, but since it’s metal it scratches on the rougher side.

This is a really compact back scratcher. It is also cute and similar to what the photo shows online. The scratcher extends and contracts when not in use. It's fairly long when extended, though I'm petite (5'2"), so I'm not sure what taller people would say about the length. When contracted, it's about 6". I docked a point because there's no locking mechanism once extended, though I've not yet had a problem with it contracting while scratching. I've only had it for a few days brand new. It comes encased, so I know it wasn't used before. When extending or contracting the back scratcher, it feels as though it could get stuck, but I worry about the day that it starts to get loose. For the cost of this, it's worth it. There's nothing like a back scratcher when you live alone and have an itch, LOL.
