When I saw all over handheld body massager, I was expecting something a little larger than what I received. It’s the size of a golf ball. It has ridges on it that are supposed to do the massaging as you roll it around. It’s DEFINITELY NOT what I expected.

Wow this little ball is packed full of unknown surprises. Rolling it on yourself randomly just feels absolutely wonderful. With a little pressure rolling on my back and its just exhilarating. I will definitely buy more.

This little massage ball does dig into your muscles. I am not a fan of it because when I use my hands with it, it makes my hands hurts just holding it. I would rather use the battery powered handheld massagers. I will keep using it for my shoulder muscles because it does dig into the muscles really well.

This hand massager ball is a great aid to my neck, shoulders and feet. I can feel it break up the tension and decrease nerve pressure and pain. It’s great to use while working, or just on the phone. I keep this right in my kitchen where I do most of my activity.

I really like this All Over massage ball by all in motion. I like its small compact size, great for storage and easy to hold. I especially like using this massage ball behind my shoulder area, it is great for soothing sore muscles.
