I love this particular epsom salts because I add add my own essential oils. I use this primarily for baths... whether I'm sore from a work out, being sick, or just want to relax I always use this product. 20 minutes before your bath you add whichever oils would help you most. The scented ones are a little too overpowering for me. I prefer to make my wown.
