Bought these after reading many reviews from runners to use this post running. Really love it so far. Gentle smell, relaxing bath help me to recover after a long run. My muscles weren’t too much sore the next day after using it like before. Highly recommend and will repurchase. Price is also very reasonable

Added this to a hot bath to help with back pain and it actually worked. I love the lavender scent and it helped me get a good nights rest afterwards. This bag usually last at least a month or more.

The scent is so great. Makes you sleepy. It’s so soothing to the body and a great value for your money. I love the texture because it’s rough in the beginning and then disappears. The packaging tells you everything you need to know.
