Theragun Prime Plus stopped working after 13 months and minimal use. Contacted Therabody per troubleshooting instructions in manual. Never received a response. Not worth the money.

A must have for muscle pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely a game changer!! The heat option is amazing. I am on my feet all day at work. By the end of my shift my calves and back hurt so bad. This helps relieve the pain and discomfort. Its easy to use. I can use this for about 10-15 easily 5-6 times without needing to charge it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great massage gun! It has amazing heat and cooling tools they are a bit pricy but absolutely worth it. The battery lasts quite a while a bit on a single charge. It’s super effective in the heat setting and in the cool setting: it’s kind of loud but nothing extreme it’s less loud than the other gun I have. I love that you can adjust the heat/ cooling and the intensity of the gun as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Therabidy Prime Plus Massage gun is one of the best items I’ve ever had. It comes with different heads to choose from. It has an heating option. It’s very strong in my opinion I haven’t went pass level 1 so far. And it helps out with with muscle soreness very well. Battery life has last long so far. And there is a light vibration sound. It is a little on the heavier side. But I don’t mind because to me that makes it a good quality product.

I absolutely love my Therabody! It is a complete game changer for someone in their’60’s getting back into shape and doing some hardcore gardening. I love that it has adaptable settings and the heat function is amazing! I can really tell the difference in my sore muscles after using it!

Paid with my FSA card , just to find out you have to check out with some weird system that I wasn’t even prompted, so I got refused an FSA ticket to give to my provider, on top I’m trying to return it , been 1hr on their chat and they’re just ghosting me

Cheap plastic broke after 3 days
The tool itself was AMAZING, but unfortunately after the third day of using it the plastic tabs from the cover broke off. I thought I could just pop them back on but later realized that the vibration on level 1 had caused them to fall off. I quickly contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly but I was not content with the amount of time it would take for them to replace the Prime Plus. They would have to review the product and then it would take an additonal 3-4 weeks before I would get a replacement. Spending that much including attachments, I was expecting a faster turnaround. They did guarantee the warranty but I was concerned that my Prime Plus would be in transist to replacements rather than in my hand making clients feel good. The performance, design, and the way it handles by relaxing the muscles within minutes was great but I was only able to give it 1 star for his cheap plastic tabs that protect the outer casing and gives it the sleek design. I am hoping that maybe it was just a defect and that others may enjoy it. Good Luck!

It comes with four attachments designed for different needs. The heated attachment helps soothe tight muscles, the standard attachment is good for general tension, one is specifically for aches and pains, and the wedge attachment works well on the shoulders and for flushing out muscles. The package includes a travel pouch, charger, a small bottle of oil, and an information booklet to help you get started. There are five speed settings, allowing you to gradually increase intensity as your body gets used to it. Charging is quick and easy with a USB cable, which is great when you need fast relief. One of the best features is the Bluetooth-connected app, which provides guided routines for recovery, warm-ups, and relaxation. You can save your favorite routines and get personalized recommendations based on your activities. The app is very useful, though I did experience a few crashes. After using it consistently for over three weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement in muscle relaxation and pain relief, especially in my legs and shoulders from work and workouts. My family has tried it too, and they were surprised by how quickly it works. Overall, the Theragun Prime Plus is a great investment for anyone who needs pain relief, muscle recovery, or relaxation. It’s easy to use, effective, and provides an amazing massage experience. There is no big noise I found it’s quite low . I absolutely love it 🥰

Great Product - Very User Friendly
This is my second percussive therapy device, my first from Therabody, and I have been very happy with the product so far. The heads that come with it are versatile and the heated head is a nice plus for warm up and recovery. It is nice that you can use the heated head without any percussion too! The device itself is very quiet which is great for early mornings or late night sessions. I also enjoy using the Therabody app and love how easy it was to connect and use my device with it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in percussive therapy at this price point.

Perfection
I have been practicing massage therapy for 25 years. I own two other theraguns and have been happy with them. I bought this on for the heated feature and because one of my devices is over 6 years old. I absolutely love the new device. It is lighter and much more quiet. I find that the heat really loosens up fascia along with penetrating deep muscles. I practiced with my Pilates instructor who I have been working on for 2 years. It was amazing to see his IT band release more than I have been able to achieve with just manual therapy. I worked on my boyfriend who has had 2 knee replacements and a torn PCL. The results were the same. As a massage therapist I hesitate to add tools to my practice. The original Theragun was little loud and bulky. This one is quiet, lightweight, and most importantly; effective. I got this as gift for my boyfriend but I will be purchasing another one for my practice. It saves my body both working on clients and for self care. This is the best product I have come across in 25 years. Well done Theragun.

i used it for recovering the injures on my shoulder and feet from playing the pickleball too much. i liked the triangle handles the way to hold in different position for reaching easier. heating pad is a great plus for different reason.
