What a phenomenal piece of equipment. I gave one to my dad so that he could have comfort in his lower back and his neck area. He couldn’t be happier. I got my son the ball for his Achilles’ heel, and it really helped him recover. Then I kept one for myself.

I do wish the app was better at showing the right placement for it. Some videos show the wave vs the wave duo and Due to the shape it didn't feel great on my back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently undergoing a course in Foam Roller as part of my role as a PT and have been applying myself to a "normal" foam roller until I purchased the above mentioned trio. They've performed really well and take away some of the drudgery involved in finding and dealing with "trigger spots". They're a little more comfortable than normal rollers and I find it easier to apply the therapy to my clients. All in all a great purchase.

Both myself and my partner are using this on a regular basis now and couldn't be more happier. A short sess on a target area and we just feel a relief.
