This has been very helpful and it's easy to use. It really gets into the muscles and warms them with the heat feature. Ionly wish it would stay put without me having to hold the straps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this as it does massage the neck but it has a few flaws. The cord is removable which is interesting as it does not actually hold a charge. I also wish that it was adjustable to hit different parts of the neck but the material is very rigid. The heating feature is really nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster for my honest opinion and I have to say I love the idea of a neck massager after a long hard day at work however I feel like this could’ve been stronger on the massage pressure, I had to hold it tight to get the pressure I would prefer. It did the job however once I held the hand held down tighter so it’s not completely useless. It would be good for the occasional massage but not the everyday effect I expected.

Has a few differnet massage settings and heated element for added neck pain relief. I have used this several times so far to help with my sore and stiff neck. It provides immediate comfort and relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really looked forward to using the Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager, as I have a job where looking down and using my hands in such a way, that it causes quite a bit of tension and sore muscles. My husband pictured in the photo is in construction, and played a lot of football as a young man, so he also suffers from neck stiffness and occasional pain. The massager is very heavy. It’s very awkward to position, and it just never really feels like it sits correctly or hits the areas you would want it to. You literally can’t sit back and relax while using it because it’s so big and hard. It’s very difficult to try to relax and enjoy the massage if you have to sit straight up and keep tension on the straps to hold the weight of the device. Unfortunately it’s a No for me.

I never knew how amazing a neck massager was until I tried this out. I love that this one is slim, heats up, lightweight, has arm straps for additional pressure, and compact for traveling. Its like going to the Chiropractor in your own home. I use this every morning when I wake up and drink my morning coffee. The nodes feel like a human is massaging my neck. It has multiple intensity settings with optional heat. I always use the heat when using this because it feels soothing and amazing. I love that this is small and compact to take when traveling. When my husband and I have to take long car trips, this is always the first this I grab to take and use in his truck. I can't believe I've gone this long without a neck massager.

I love that this Sharper Image Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager fits most neck sizes, and it has both massager and heat settings. I love the hand scraps are there for easy to hold access and the power cord is USB-C, no block is needed to operate this massager. The power card is long enough to allow me to sit almost anywhere comfortably. I love the way that the heated nodes feel on my neck, it provides much needed release of tension and soreness. There isn’t anything that I do not like about this massager. I suffer from severe tightening in my neck and shoulders, and this does the trick for me. I place the massager around my neck and choose my setting with heat and I am in total heaven. I can feel the stress and tension just melt away.

It wraps around the neck comfortably and has loops to put your hands through. This keeps the massager in place in order to multitask while in use- perhaps reading a book etc. This massager is corded so you need to be near an outlet. It also calls for a nugget to plug in. When on, there are buttons to control the direction of the movement. There is a heat button which makes it so relaxing and helps me to calm down from my daily stress. It is not irritating and rough like some other massagers. This would make a great gift for anyone who need a little me time!!!

If I were to sum up my review, I would say that the item is as described on the box. I like all of the features that were advertised -compact design, heated option, two different speeds and direction. This design allows you to pull down on the straps to create pressure as you would like, however, I feel like the massage is still sort of weak in the rollers. What I also dont like is that the cord that comes with it is USB only. No block to plug it directly into the wall. So be prepared to have one of those on hand. Overall, I do like it, but I don’t think if this one goes that I would purchase another one of this model to replace it simply because it isn’t strong enough of a neck massage for my liking. If you like a gentle neck massage, this one is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would love this, but I didn’t even leave it on for long. It’s so bulky and doesn’t really sit well on your neck. It’s not comfortable at all and the massage isn’t that good because of how bulky it is and where it sits. I also thought you charged it, but it had to be connected all the time so that’s very inconvenient. Overall, don’t recommend this at all.
