Just pop it in the microwave for a minute or 2 to get it nice and warm then all my troubles melt away. The warm heat feels amazing on my tired and shoulders. The aromatherapy helps me relax and smells amazing. The wrap provides great coverage to help relieve any aches and pains. I love that it can be used either hot or cold. Overall, I love this wrap. It has definitely made my long days a bit more bearable. Highly recommend!

I like that I can use it either hot or cold to relieve my sore neck and shoulders. The size is perfect to wrap around my neck, shoulders and I even lay it on my knees. I followed the instructions and used the heat method for my neck and shoulders. I instantly felt the heat working to relieve my soreness and I felt great after using it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is extremely nice. You can freeze it or put it in the microwave to treat certain pains or help with swelling. My husband's shoulders hurt him Alot since he loads trucks, and this helps him relax at night. The cool effect helps with his swelling and when it's Irritated. The heat helps his pain and makes it more tolerable. He absolutely loves it, and mentioned it's extremely soft against the skin also. It's also the right size to store into his chair until he's ready for me to freeze it before he gets home or to heat it up for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this wrap smells wonderful. The lavender really helps in calming the senses. Second, the wrap is a nice size that covers my shoulders and neck really well. If you're broad shouldered, no problem with that either. It heats up nicely in the microwave and holds heat well. You can freeze it too but I prefer heat to relax neck and shoulder muscles. It also helps relieve my tension headaches due to tightness in head/neck. I really like this and will use it often.

It can be put in microwave or freezer to make cold. The only reason is why I took off a star is personal preference when it comes to the herbs that they used in it. I am not the biggest fan of the lemongrass scent.

My only complaint is that the wrap stinks. The lavender and chamomile don't smell as great as you'd imagine. Heat this wrap up for a maximum of 3 minutes or you can put it in your freezer. It definitely helps with shoulder pain. But the smell is overpowering and just too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice item looks like good quality it felt heavy but once I tried it was fine. I like that the product can be used hot or cold. I Tried it both ways by putting it in the microwave for 1 minute it got warm but not hot, so I felt very good on my shoulders. I left in the freezer for 1 hour and it was cold but still felt good. I did not care for the infused smell, but others may like it.

Depending on whether you’re using hot or cold therapy, it can relieve tension, soothe aches & pains, and reduce inflammation. Just heat in microwave (no more than two minutes), or cool in freezer inside a bag (for one to two hours). I would certainly recommend this product to others.
