Relief when I need it
The heater was amazing, especially for my period cramps. I loved the vibration and the fact that I could have just the vibrations without the heating. It is light and comfortable, so it wasn't uncomfortable to walk around with or lay down with it on. The way the buckle is makes it very easy to put on and take off. It is so much better than the heat pack I was using before.

Needed this a long time ago

I am not tethered to a wall socket with a traditional heating pad and the vibration has helped so much in the pain I feel monthly. And it can be spun around to my back as well if needed.
