    Spoiled, bitter, curds

    I bought half and half yesterday, placed it in the fridge right away. Today I wanted to use for coffee. I tasted it - repulsive bitter taste. I am disappointed.

    Expired dairy

    This is a great brand but item is just a few days from expiring - since it's a dairy product and perishable, it shouldn't have been at store for a shopper to pick it up. I opened it and sure enough it's sour milk

    Spoiled upon opening, a month before the expiration date. x4

    A month away from the expiration date and all 4 of the ones I bought were full of chunks and separated. So instead of having more than enough, I had none. I contacted customer service for a refund and was told I would have to bring them back to the store. I took photos when I poured them down the sink but Target doesn't have an add photos option to their cs chat. This is the second time I've had spoiled Horizon half and half way before the date and upon opening so unfortunately I don't trust it anymore. CS did issue me a store credit but I had to spend more money to order half and half from somewhere else as I was completely out. At this point and seeing the other reviews, Horizon will need to issue a statement as to why this happened and how they've corrected it before I would trust it again.

    Past two half and half pints are lumpy

    The past two half and half pints I bought have been lumpy. Large clots come out with the cream. Tastes fine and it’s nowhere near the best by date. There are also clear fat globules floating on top of the coffee. It’s not curdled, I think the fat is just separating. I’ve never seen this before. Seems like it’s a recent change in manufacturing or storage that has caused it. Any ideas?

    Great product, bad packaging.

    I love the contents of this product but unfortunately the packing has caused more issues than you’d believe. I have had this product leak in my car twice, leading to making my entire car smelling like you wouldn’t believe because it got under my trunk mat and into many small areas. I wish this was a joke. Then, in a bottle that didn’t appear damaged, I had chunks of milk coming out due to spoilage. I have had issues on three occasions with the packaging so now I’m taking a break after the car drama. I will be back after I emotionally recover from my car smelling like spoiled half and half for a week. 😅

    Chunks but not expired

    Bought 3 cartons, all had December 10, 2025 expiration dates and all 3 had giant chunks in them. Returned and bought 3 more with December 15, 2035 expiration dates and all 3 again have chunks. Getting frustrated and will be buying a different brand now.
