A Bumpy Ride
These need better packaging. Maybe I should’ve checked reviews first, because then I wouldn’t have been surprised when the cars arrived out of place. I tried shaking them back into place, but most went in backwards and one doesn’t fit. I’m sure the cars themselves are fine, but being shipped to consumer isn’t reliable. The plastic front also cracked in several spots.

Don't do delivery - get them in store
The item itself is really nice. It comes with 20 different cars and obviously hot wheel cars are amazing. My problem is with the shipping. This was a gift and the cars came all tossed around the package.

The items were delivered a day late, but that's alright. The items were as ordered, that's a good thing. But the fact that I paid for forty cars and I was given 20 cars and then another 20 of the exact same thing. In the same box? There are definitely more than one set of twenty. That isn't a fair deal.

I got a great deal ($16?) and used these for party favors. Each guest loved it and (unfortunately for me) left the other party favors for me to take back home. lol. Lesson learned: Don't give the goodie bags out before the guests leave. I should have separated the cars from the bags. oh well.

If you choose curbside pickup, make sure you’re receiving a product without any damage.
The product is great, but I ordered it online for curbside pickup, and the South San Jose store brought it out with the box torn, dented, and all the cars scattered inside. This was extremely frustrating. I chose online pickup because my babies were asleep in the car. There was absolutely no care, and I had to go inside to exchange it because it was a gift — and you simply cannot give a damaged gift to a child.
