Broke in Less Than an Hour
My son played with this set at a family members house so we bought it for his fifth birthday. Hiccups leg and head fell off less than an hour after opening it. I also dislike that these are from the live action movie. My son didn’t recognize the characters and also kept asking where Fishlegs was because the fourth rider wasn’t included in the set. My son easily rolled with the broken toy because it seems like no toys last long these days, but as a parent buying her child a birthday present, I was very disappointed.

The shipping was fine, but the joints were absolutely horrible. Wings take 10+ pounds to move, and almost all of Hookfang’s spines were bent, and tails are falling off.

Toys look great, poor quality
My daughter was so excited to have it for her birthday, but as soon as we opened, the red dragons wing didn't stay on, tail does not saty on and have not been able to fix it on as well also, one of the Hiccups leg is faulty.

Broken wings and leg
I thought this would’ve been a really good gift for my son who loves the movies, but the tails will not stay on and because of that as soon as he gets started playing, he always has to stop for me to try to pop the tail back on and with the red dragon, I just cannot figure out how to keep the tail on. It’s a bummer because it was very hopeful that it will be a win.

Meh. Maybe worth it for Toothless.
The quality is very poor on the red dragon. Toothless is in good shape and made for great fun. My 6 year old son loves playing with him as well as the other dragon. So it wasn’t all bad. But as others described, the red dragon’s wing comes disassembled and you have to install it, but it won’t actually stay in the socket no matter what you do. Very lame. It’s the biggest dragon and the wing won’t even stay in. My son was super disappointed to only have two winged dragons.

Fell Short of Expectations
Fun idea but poorly manufactured. Dragons’ wings prone to falling out. Also came with only 3 riders yet there are 4 dragons. They “saved” money in all the wrong places. Should have had a rider for each dragon (there is not even an option to purchase single figurines) and better manufacturing. Thankfully we were able to return due to the manufacturer defects.
