Q: Can these be used in a 5-gallon cooler IN the water to be dispensed, like a large reusable ice cube?

A: As a precaution, you could put it in a ziploc bag with a little water in the bag(to help with cold transfer) if you're concerned about it leaking.

A: This isn't refillable, inside is a chemical that freezes. Freeze and take solid on your trip. Declare at TSA while it's frozen. They may swab to check it. Google: TSA What Can I Bring

Would be five stars if the stickers would come off without goof off. It shouldn’t be this hard.
Stickers won't come off. Once these get used, they'll look gross and dirty since sticker doesnt peel off easily!

I HATE stickers that don’t come off and these had one on both the front and back. That drives me crazy! At least make them so they peel off easily!

The stickers on the front and back are so hard to remove. I bought multiple ice packs and I’ve been working on getting the sticker residue off for a hour. I’ve tried oil and alcohol. Would not recommend.

I will not buy more of these and can't recommend them. Stickers on this product require you to get the Goof Off or Goo Gone out to remove - not awesome given I need to use these with / near food in my cooler and would prefer not to have to use a chemical agent to remove a sticker.

These ice packs are great for lining an older cooler, but would you please make the stickers on them either waterproof plastic or easily removable? The stickers take on water easily and I don’t want chunks of paper floating around in my cooler as they thaw.

I bought 5 of these for our trip by car to Canada. I put these along with 1 big bag of ice in our ice cooler. We cooked all the meals at home for our travelling. These icepacks in the cooler were so good, kept our food good more than 48 hrs i think these will do for 72 hrs too. We made good investment by purchasing these.

I did not know ice packs have become so advanced lol. I bought a bunch of these for my daughter’s lunch box thinking I’d need multiple. Well I used the one large one in the bottom of my daughter’s lunch box and it came back from an 8+ hour day still frozen solid. Not even kidding. Now it stayed zipped up in her insulated lunch box all day and also inside of her insulated diaper bag backpack (she’s only three so gets sent with a diaper bag) so I don’t know if that helped a lot but I’m extremely impressed. Especially considered I was using just a soft cold pack previously that would only last until lunch time if that.

The size is perfect and the handles on these are awesome but I cannot get the glue from the stickers off. I have tried dish soap, goo gone, and 100% acetone. The glue is still there!!! It is so tacky it sticks to everything and my ice packs are now covered in fuzz and who knows what else. You cant leave them on because the moisture makes the paper peel off, but you definitely cant take them off either or you end up with a sticky mess. If I didnt live so far away I would return them.

Great! Stayed cold longer than a Yeti ice pack I have that is the same size! I used both of the packs for a long day, packs were in use about 9 hours and when I got home the Embark was still half frozen, the Yeti was completely melted.
