Sometimes USB 3.0 can cause interference with 2.4GHz wireless devices. Unplug the USB receiver, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in. Restart Your Computer: Pairing Mode (If Bluetooth): Ensure your mouse is actively in pairing mode when trying to connect via Bluetooth. I wish I could give 0 stars and I certainly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this mouse. It sucks. It doesn’t even turn on. The light comes on for a split second then shuts off. I’ve replaced the batteries several times. My computer displays a device error when trying to connect the mouse. It does NOT come with any sort of instructions and there is nothing that I can find online, other than that it just doesn’t work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! Or the keyboard. They suck.

Good Match for Wavy Keyboard

(This review is for the pink version of the mouse.) This mouse is very cute and was easy to connect to my Windows laptop. It works well, though the red light on the bottom does bleed through the plastic and is visible during use. For this reason, I gave it four stars instead of five. The clicks are very quiet, so if you like that kind of mouse, you'll love this one.

Be careful

i’ve tried switching my batteries and switching my usb ports. I even went back to target to exchange for a new one but I cannot get it to connect to my computer. Every time I put a new battery in all it does is blink red once and then will never do anything. No manual either so do not buy.
