I really wanted to like the Baxton Studio Iseline Antique Oak Wood Platform Bed Frame. At first, everything seemed solid and well-designed. However, when I went to move my bed, I discovered that one of the screws had come loose and pushed up into my mattress, causing a huge hole. While taking the frame apart to investigate, I found that many of the screws were already loose, which is really concerning from a manufacturing and safety standpoint. For a product that’s supposed to support weight and be durable over time, this was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this bed frame due to the poor construction quality and potential risk of damage to your mattress.

Be prepared to modify it to avoid failure
I've had this bedframe for a little over 2 years. First off I realized within the first month that I needed to reinforce the center support of the bed. I don't know if it's just the design of the bed or because I have it on hard floors and an area rug but the center support would start bend if the bed shifted side to side (common since it was on hard floor) so I reinforced that with some t brackets for extra security. This worked great and I don't have to worry about losing that support HOWEVER the bolts that hold the pieces of the bed together do loosen over time. I routinely have to go around and retighten them like twice a year however because the metal they made the bolts out of is super soft I have two that are too stripped to re-tighten and now I have to look into either finding new fitting bolts or replacing the frame altogether.

Decent
It was pretty simple to put together didn’t take long at all with just myself. My only complaints so far is that the wood support slats and extra support feet are basically strips of thin pieces of wood glued together and compressed so be warned if your over 130lbs… also the parts in the bag were not labeled but were labeled in the instructions which I thought was odd and made me take a bit of extra time to investigate which was which piece. But overall the process wasn’t to bad and the look is very nice for the sale price.

No good
This bed suck, wood slats were squeaky from the moment the bed was put together and middle wooden “support beam” with 3 “supporting legs” broke after one week, due to that bed sank to middle

I really liked the overall design of this bed frame but the quality is just not there. I had to sure up all four legs with additional screws as well as the center posts which constantly shifted and did not support the bed. I had to make individual Card board cut outs for each of the legs because the bottoms are not finished and will scratch hardwood floors. I’m keeping it because I did all that work but I would not recommend nor would I repurchase.
