Each loaf begins with a naturally fermented sourdough starter – the foundation to create the most delicious, digestible, and wholesome breads. Because our breads are fermented, there’s no need for highly processed additives like vital wheat gluten, a baker’s shortcut that can be difficult to digest. Instead, we use traditional methods with ingredients your body recognizes, and your taste buds crave. And our final ingredient: time. No shortcuts and nothing to hide.

Chemicals bagged with food

The person who bagged this order did so by placing this bread, and 2 packages of expendable granoka with the Tide EVO. Note to customer service, Tide EVO permeates anything it touches. Chemicals should never be mashed with food.
