Obnoxiously loud
It makes a very loud sound when it is being rolled. It sounds like an airplane taking off. The teachers consistently tell my child he isn’t allowed to roll it in the hallway because of how loud it is.

Handle is poor quality, bag is nice
My 3rd grader used this for 5 weeks (2 days per week) for our co-op school and the handle will no longer come up. We have never carried it by the handle as others have sited issues with the handle. We’ve been extremely careful. It just won’t unlock to come up even with extreme pressure on the button. Otherwise a really nice bag - Handle is just junk. I can’t get a replacement until I return this one because of store policy on this bag, so that is also frustrating. I say, keep looking for a different roller bag.

Its just ok
It’s ok, but nothing great. The side pockets are shallow and you can’t put items in it because they fall out. The wheels are noisy and loud. The straps for using it as a carry backpack drag if you use the wheeling mode. They do not adjust enough to prevent dragging. The capacity is not as big as expected, but ok. For the price I expected better quality.
