Beef collagen casing
I use to enjoy this until the casing got changed to beef collagen and I can no longer eat it with beef allergies

So Versatile
I use polish sausage in everything, it's so versatile. i cook it for breakfast on a biscuit, icook it with potatoes, with cabbage, in stir fry. Really easy to chop, I keep it frozen, fast thaw it in the micro. Easy to make a fast meal. Has the best taste, and not greasy.

Family Favorite!
Polish kielbasa is a favorite in my kitchen! I love it grilled with sauerkraut and mustard for a classic taste, but I’ve also enjoyed it sliced into hearty stews and even breakfast scrambles. One of my best discoveries was roasting it with potatoes, onions, and peppers... simple but packed with flavor! How do you like to enjoy kielbasa?

Best Keilbasa money can buy!
I started buying this sausage years ago and fell in love with it on first bite. It is definitely the best Polish sausage on the market and I will buy no other. I use it in various dishes but mostly in my " Southwest skillet" recipe I created over 40 years ago when i was a bachelor.

I will only buy Johnsonville !! No strange hard unknown things in their sausage ever! We really enjoy cooking the Kielbasa in the crockpot with sauerkraut and serve it over mashed potatoes. So yummy!

Their isn't that much difficult l flavor in the kielbasa. The past few times we've purchased this we've had small/tiny pieces of bone particles in them. It's sad when you take a bite and something hard is left inside them

All around meal enhancer
Great smoked flavor that goes well with most dishes from morning till night. It's great when added to cheesy scrambled eggs. I love to add it to my red beans and rice dishes too- adds a nice burst of flavor to the dish. Of course grilled as is is always a delicious option. Will use again as it complements a lot of dishes.

Delicious, versatile sausage
This sausage has such delicious, well-rounded flavor and goes well in a variety of dishes. From being cooked with sauerkraut (like my Mom did when I was a kid) to using it in pasta dishes or just cooking it on the grill, this is my go to rope sausage.
