We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with the zippers, especially after your son has only been using the backpack for a month. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, particularly given the price of the backpack. I bought this Jurassic Park camo backpack for my son, and he absolutely loves it! It has plenty of room for his computer and books, and he loves carrying it around. The backpack feels well made and sturdy, while still being comfortable to carry.
