Simply pop it in a toaster, microwave, oven or skillet, and some really good eggs will be on your plate in minutes. Each Just Egg Folded has six grams of plant protein, zero cholesterol and less saturated fat than a chicken egg. It’s ideal for breakfast sandwiches but also great on ramen noodles or in fried rice.
Cooking Instructions • Toaster (chef’s choice): Place Just Egg Folded in standard toaster and heat on high for 6½ minutes. • Air fryer: Coat basket lightly with oil. Put Just Egg in the air fryer at 400°F/205°C for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. • Skillet: Warm a bit of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook Just Egg Folded for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. • Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Wrap Just Egg Folded in foil and bake for 15 minutes. • Microwave: Place Just Egg Folded on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high for 45 seconds. Flip and heat on high for an additional 30 seconds.

A: The box has 4 individually wrapped eggs. The wrappers are not resealable & aren't the easiest to tear open. I have sore hands so I usually use scissors. The box is easy to open. Hope this helps : )

Great Alternative
I’ve had the liquid version. I prefer the patty over trying to scrape off the burnt liquid off my pan. I like to make breakfast sandwiches with the patty. Easy and delicious!! It’s a similar texture to real egg with a mild flavor.

These are really good. If you don’t mind canola oil then you might like these. If you change the canola to avocado oil (a more healthy option), I would buy again. I would be willing to pay more for a healthier option.

NOT VEGAN
I love this brand especially the frozen eggs. I had them every morning on a bagel until I found out there plant based but NOT VEGAN. They test there products on animals which defeats the point. Until they stop I will no longer support. Hopefully one day they can go fully plant based and vegan 🙏🏼

JUST Egg folded flats are an amazing egg replacer and make for a fast and easy breakfast on the go. You can either microwave, toast, or pan cook the frozen folded JUST Egg, and it only takes a couple of minutes to cook. They fit perfectly on a bagel, in between two hash brown patties, or on toast. They're easy to digest and taste great! Target sometimes has deals on these where they'll be more affordable at $3.99/box.

I was just looking for a premade scrambled egg product I could have for breakfast when I saw the Just Egg product with a picture of a folded egg on the box. As any normal person I assumed Just Egg was just egg. The next morning I discover Just Egg has nothing to do with egg at all. It should be called Zero Egg. How is this even legal? Scammed out of $6.
