    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a Kerrygold fan but never tried the grass fed cheese. This cheese is a harder cheese, low moisture, low acidity but packed with sharp cheddar flavor. Packaging was just thick enough to product the cheese. And I could smell how fresh it was upon opening. I tried it alone and on some crackers. It is bold, flavorful yet creamy and delicious. I can see this being used on a charcuterie board, eating it by itself, or even putting it on a grilled cheese or using it in mac and cheese. Extremly versatile. This will be my new go to cheese, just delicious!!!

It pairs well with other foods, I enjoyed it with some carrots and hummus. This would also go great shredded on a salad, or sliced in a sandwich. It’s not very crumbly when cutting and the sharp flavor is not overwhelming. The flavor is sharp with a smooth finish. I would even eat a piece of this on its own as a snack.
