    Absolutely delicious

We used it with cheese and crackers as seen in the photo, as well as on the tacos we made for dinner and some quesadillas for a late night snack. We love Tillamook and this will now be one of our favorites as well!

    So Good!

    Worth the purchase!

My husband is a chef so I have had some great cheese in my day and I loved this one just as much as some really fancy aged cheddars! The sharpness was the right level and so distinct. I could easily eat the whole brick. Great with crackers and some fig jam would pair nicely. This is for sure my go to at the grocery store now.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kerrygold products and usually buy the Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar, Aged 24 Months, so I was excited to try the new Kerrygold Irish Grass-Fed Extra Sharp White Cheese. Since it's a new product and not easy to find in local grocery stores, ! was thrilled when I finally found it a couple of days ago.The cheese has a creamy, fresh flavor that is rich without being overpowering. I chopped some up and added it to a salad, where it complemented the other ingredients perfectly. The next day, 1 melted it on a hamburger, and it was absolutely delicious. It added great flavor and melted beautifully.What I enjoyed most is that the cheese is flavorful but not too strong, making it versatile for a variety of dishes. It was definitely worth the wait, and I can't wait to try it next as a snack with apple slices and crackers. Another great product from Kerrygold!
