I purchased this item two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Target says it has shipped. UPS says the label was created but the item was not received from the seller. I cannot request a return. I am unable to get any assistance for a resolution. This is the second time I have had an issue ordering online with Target. I will not make that mistake again.

Ordered this on 6/14/26. States delivery in 4-5 business days. It is the 6/27/26. Card charged. Shipping label has been printed since ordered = processed, therefore I cannot return but has not sent out according to UPS. Supposed to be a summer cologne but looking dire to use for summer. Should have read reviews before ordering. Target should look into their preferred providers because this does not look good for them.
