This bag fits a lot in it for being medium sized i love all the pockets and the material is smooth I love the lining it’s attached and made to last it’s the perfect bag for trips and errands out in town it fits all my snacks I take as well

Wanted to use as a daily bag. It works some days, and not others when quick access to what's inside is needed. Well made and feels like it will last. Overall happy with the purchase.

My bag was very trendy, and was able to hold all the things advertised, and pockets on sides were helpful for extra storage,I would recommend this to anyone not looking for a full size backpack

It is so convenient for small backpack!

The "grand rose" color is nice and I love the bright colored interior but I returned it because I was expecting the Kipling crinkle fabric which is not what came. 1 took a star off because I dislike the fabric, I don't like the monkey (the fuzzy ones are the best), and I prefer the rubber/silicone logo patch much more than cheap embossed plastic ones. I'm afraid Kipling quality might be going down hill..

Perfect size for my 5'2" frame. The City Pack Small has well planned compartments for my needs and is very comfortable to wear.

I love my new city pack small backpack! I was a bit concerned about the color because it just said "blue" but it is a true dark navy & just what I wanted. I had a gray Kipling backpack for years and years as my only purse (I am a one-purse woman) and it is so well made it is only recently that it had gotten shabby. This new purse has changed very little from my old one. My old one had a key leash and this one doesn't but I think I actually like it better without -- I just keep my keys in a pocket inside the main compartment. Inside the main compartment there is one large zip pocket and one small slip pocket and a pen-size slip pocket. I just love this purse; it helps to organize my life. I'm so glad Kipling is still making this model.

I dont like the straps. They are too smooth. When the backpack is filled. The straps slide too easily. Making the backpack slide down in position lower. You should make sturdier straps that dont move so easily. Ive been saying that for years.

I like this bag however on day two of using it the pull string separated from one side of the bag and now it hangs open. The snap is magnetic so it doesnt hold the bag closed now. Love the style and color otherwise. Wish it was higher quality.

Love almost everything about the backpack color, size, light weight and lots of pockets. I especially like the extra flap over the zipper for extra security. The only thing that would make it perfect imo is having a rope/string inside, which I can attach my Kipling wallet to. I had this feature in my older Kipling backpack, which had help me when I needed to find my wallet from the bottom.

The Kipling city pack small backpack is the best backpack I have ever owned. I just used it on a week-long city vacation and it held everything I needed including umbrellas and water bottles. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone who wants a comfortable hands-free bag.
