Description

The Real Flame® VividFlame electric firebox mimics the look of a real, flickering fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and conveniently plugs into a standard outlet. This free-standing indoor fireplace has a mantel with a real wood finish and features six flame colors, five flame brightness levels, adjustable thermostat, timer function and automatic safety shut-off. The electric fireplace insert provides supplemental heat for rooms up to 1,000 sq ft or the heater can be turned off so you can enjoy the comforting ambiance of a glowing fireplace year-round. Horrible delivery – arrived completely cracked and damaged
I was really looking forward to this fireplace for our home renovation, but it arrived in terrible condition. It is clear the delivery personnel did not handle the package with care. As soon as my contractors opened the box to set it up, they found multiple cracks along the seams, a completely crushed upper corner edge, and pieces chipped off the back. For a product that costs nearly $950, this level of shipping care is unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating and has completely stalled our renovation timeline. Avoid ordering online if you expect it to arrive in one piece.
