broken after 1 month

i've owned this item for about a month and two prongs have already broken off. I have straight medium density hair. I love the shape but cant believe it broke so quickly

I did not enjoy this clip at all. It did not stay in my hair or hold it well. I had to fix it every 10 minutes, practically. Also, one of the prongs broke after only owning it for a week.

What is with the loud logo?

Received my clip in the mail today. Disappointed. It has a large gold Kitsch logo on the very front, very visible. I get branding. But I don't need my hair pieces to be a walking marketing campaign. If someone asks, I can tell them. I will be sending it back. Sadly, I've looked at some of the newer items at retail stores and they all have this large prominent logo.

Flat Cloud Clip....not flat!

I was looking forward to receiving the flat clips but the photos give the impression they are flatter than they really are! Also I ordered the medium and small sizes...the medium is huge and my fine hair works best in the small. Thank goodness I never ordered the large!

It deserves 10 Stars!

THIS CLIP!!! I have fine hair and have a hard time finding a clip that will hold my hair, this clip HOLDS MY HAIR!! Also, this clip doesn't stick out, so when I drive its' not knocking up against the headrest of my driver's seat. I can also lie down and don't feel like I'm being stabbed in my skull. This clip allows you to lie down without pain. Next HOPEFULLY Ktisch will add some SMALL diamond-like adornments so I can wear it in the evening for after 5 o'clock functions! Thank you Kitsch!

Black Flat Clip

The clip is very well made and sturdy. I brought the medium and it's not big enough for my hair. It's my fault as I was hesitant to buy the large, which I should have done. It would be a fabulous hair clip if I brought the right size.

The best clip

This flat clip is great. It holds my hair up with no issues. Plus since it is flat, I can lean my head on the back of a chair, or wear it comfortably while driving.

Love it, but needs to be metal 😞

I love these clips but mine didn't hold up. The acrylic did not hold up and the teeth broke. Please make these in metal. Us thick hair gals need something strong to hold up to our hair. I like my other metal hair clip from you guys but it slips out of that one unlike this style.
