Broke easily - but fun while it lasted
This toy was initially a hit with my boys (8 and 6). They played with it periodically for about 2 months and then the flimsy plastic on one cracked right open. I had read reviews about this issue but wanted to try it out myself… isn’t worth the money unfortunately.

Changed material- thumbs down
I’ve purchased this item twice- one a few months ago and one last week. They changed the material that the center is made out of. Rather than a stretchy inside, it’s a plastic film and it shatters if you hit the koosh ball even a little bit hard. If you have boys that want to smack the ball hard, be prepared for it to break

New Paddles are the WORST.
The “new and improved” koosh paddles that use the sheet of stiff plastic instead of the bouncy material are really poor quality. They last led about three games before both paddles broke. When trying to bounce the koosh ball between the paddles, they often get pinched inside the paddles and the ball gets stuck. I really dislike how they make the paddles now. They are terrible.

This set is the chintziest piece of trash that I have ever spent money on. One paddle broke within the first five minutes of normal play with the included kush. We taped it and tried to carry on, but the second paddle promptly broke. An absolute waste of of money. Do not buy unless you enjoy disappointment.

They just don't make 'em like they used to...
Broke on first use. :( It was fun until a paddle broke just hitting the koosh ball. I was able to repair it using an old swim shirt by unscrewing the frame, removing the broken plastic film, stretching the cloth, and screwing it back together. I used an exacto knife to cut away the excess cloth. Now it's actually bouncier and more fun than the plastic film and plays more like the cloth version I loved in the 90s. TLDR: if you buy it, be ready to fix it.

Wouldnt waste your money.
The game paddle broke within ten minutes of playing. We had not hit the paddle on anything other than the ball that game with it. On one kid the ball went straight through the paddle. This was an eight year old playing. Loved the game up to the point but worthless to purchase if it breaks that easy.
