this is a cheese mixture with a host of other ingredients, that i cant confirm or validate. i buy this product because it meets some nutritional requirements and its a low reasonable cost, and especially livens up my pasta. but for a real organic authentic and healthy pasta experience, i would not recommend this. this is the 'Fast-food' version.

This item arrived already expired/spoiled. Also, we're experiencing heat (100 degrees or higher), so even non-perishables like these can spoil in packaging and shipping. I had to request my money back.

The problem with this is that the expiration date is two months away. It should be normally about six. It expired before I could use one third of it.
