NOT Supima and NOT made in Portugal

I bought these specifically because the product copy states they're crafted of Supima cotton. After I washed them, I looked at the tag and noticed it just said cotton. Second thing I noticed is that the tag states they're made in India. Upon further research, I found these sheets on Lands' End's website and they clearly state they're cotton and made in India. I feel there could be legal ramifications due to Supima cotton being highly regulated and these being flasly labeled as such. These will be going back because I'm highly dispointed at how misleading the product copy is on these sheets.
