Poor quality, difficult to open.
This used to be a good product despite the difficulty opening the jar, which is really odd given that Lays makes so many products that are not difficult to open. The new recipe is terrible and tastes nothing like ranch. It also made my mouth itch.

super hard to open. my wrist is already bad and this hurt it more. once i finally opened it after a few mins, i smelled it & it smelt like metal. i decided to try it & it tasted absolutely disgusting & tasted like metal. real sad because this is the only dip ill use for chips. :(

unhappy customer
so i could not even try this item since I noticed after pickup that it had expired May 2025! :( this is absolutely unacceptable and horrible management in quality assurance! Target do better; this is shameful on your part! I almost served it for a work party tomorrow (Thanksgiving eve) and good thing I checked expiration date! the perishable items at Target are always expired and I read many horrible reviews about customers receiving expired products! Target you need quality assurance help and I want corporate to know this! Definitely should be ashamed of yourselves! Just lost a loyal customer for pickup and drive up!! 😡
