    I bought 2 bags. when they were delivered one bag was almost empty and the top half of the bag was twisted shut. the second bag was nicely opened, the seam was perfectly cut or bag pulled apart with a straight seam. no tears. I took pictures but Target didn't care to see them..

    Make this an "In store purchase"

    I like the Scoops but I would advise that you go into the store to make your purchase. I chose drive up and received a bag of Scoops looking like crushed Doritos. I did go in and swap out. If you don’t have a problem with them being crushed that’s okay. I did.
