I would buy the product again
Use this to teach my son about food names and food groups and colours the list goes on. Really good quality products best kitchen food I've seen out there. also soft so they can't hurt anything or break.

Christmas present
I bought this for my granddaughter, who will be 18 months at Christmas, to go with her play kitchen when she comes to my place. Still wrap in plastic not open till Christmas but basket looks nice & of good size, colours of food are a bit dull

contains non-phthalate PVC
After learning recently more about toxins (PVC, phthalates, lead, barium, etc.) in children's toys, I started contacting companies of toys that my kids play often with, and especially ones they mouth. Just thought you need to know that the representative from Learning Resources told me that the pretend food LER 0495 Healthy Play Foods (which has some similar pieces in this set) "is made of PVC and low density polyethylene and does NOT contain phthalates." So it is good it does not contain phthalates, but still is PVC. Just wanted you to be informed so you can make the best decision for you and the children you are deciding about purchasing this for.
