I would not buy this product again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Her mom and dad said the product had such a terrible smell. They have washed it and are setting the play food outside. They are still unsure about this product. I do not live in the same town so I have not smelled it. They are also worried since she puts the play food in her mouth.

LOVE new sprouts!
I bought a few of the new sprouts baskets for my toddler from a different retailer last Christmas, as well as some play food from other brands. The new sprouts foods are far superior to the other brands. The size, colors, shape, feel, and variety of the new sprouts food make them stand out from the other brands I purchased. I saw the offer for 30% your first purchase on the Learning Resources website and decided to get a few more pieces for my daughter's grocery collection.. as well as a few other toys. These will all be put away until Christmas. I know she will be super excited when she sees this.. especially the Mac n cheese!!

Bought this for my 17 month old grandson to go with his kitchen set. He absolutely loves it! The food is so realistic that he can name every single item. Can't believe the excellent quality! The assortment of food is perfect because it is everything he is eating right now. I highly recommend this product. It will last for years and years. You won't find any better than this!

I ordered this set for my 19mo old daughter to add to our rapidly growing new sprouts food collection. Im so excited by this product this is seriously the best fake food I have ever seen, it's not to scale, but I love that it's all toddler size, durable and fun! This set was a must have for the mac n cheese bowl! What toddler doesn't love that? I appreciated that this set comes with spoons also that's great. Another great set!

The best play food out there
I LOVE this line of pretend play food! It stands out head and shoulders above the rest. It's so detailed and vividly colored; my daughter was ready to give away all her other play food when she recieved more of the Sprouts food, despite not having as many pieces of it in comparison to the cheapo sets you can get 100+ pcs of food for less than $15.

Great "like-real" food
Great price for the amount of pieces you get. Kids love the real look of the cereal and mac n cheese. The variety of the food is nice. I use it for speech evals for my under 3s (early intervention) and my kids already getting therapy.
