[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit would honestly be great for any kid over 1! The foods can be “opened”, “cut”, or “peeled” creating an additional level of excitement. Stickers for the baskets allow for sorting by color or type of food. They include a couple “plates” which seem like a waste of plastic to me… My 5 year old was bored within minute, but my one year old LOVED this. Would also be great for a play kitchen. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with this set of toy food and both of my daughters, ages 3 and 1, love it was well. My one-year-old just likes to throw all the food around at this point but she has a blast. My three-year-old is able to do the color and food category sorting, as well as “cut” the food with the included toy knives, which is something she’s been wanting to do for a while now. The quality and detail of the plastic pieces is great and the different parts of the food attach together with Velcro. I received an incentive to write this review.

My kids love this toy set. The teaching possibilities are endless. Like most Velcro toys it can be difficult to separate the fruit pieces at first, but it gets easier the more it's used.

I love how many different fruits and vegetables there are. Some are half's and some have multiple Velcro which is nice for my toddler to learn with. The only reason I gave it four stars was because they are a lot smaller than expected.

I bought these for my toddler for her to use with her new kitchen. They have withstood the test of a 2.5 year old and are still going strong. The baskets are so cute with the color-matching and it's also educational for her because of the colors. I loved this product, definitely a great value!

Our kids loved these. They were great for practicing fine motor skills (cutting) and we would learn colors and the names of animals, fruits, and veggies at the same time! It was such a sweet bonding moment to "cook" together, sometimes they would bring these in the kitchen when I was actually cooking.They're perfectly sized for little hands. No super small pieces which was great for my peace of mind. The kids have never tired of these. A wonderful addition to any play space!

Both my grandkids love this toy. 2-1/2 yr old loves color sorting, naming and cutting / peeling. The 2 yr old loves cutting /peeling and asking "what's this?" Velcro is perfect. Strong enough yet easy for little ones to pry apart and cut through with toy knife.

My 2 yr old granddaughter loves playing with it. There are different labels for the buckets to teach sorting by color and by food group. The parts aren't too small but there are some that could fit into a little one's mouth. Great imagination play.
