I don't know about the other person's feedback. This album had been chosen one of the top 5 album of 2016 production wise. If tracks in an album doesn't sound similar it means there is no relation and story which is one of the main purpose of an art form. I would suggest to people who leave such a comment for a piece of art to sell their sound system and go watch the news on T.V rather than music. the music is not depressed, people received the certain vibration according to their state of being. it seems this person is depressed it self, however, truth is not always about happy stories. its about life. I would highly recommend this album

This C.D. is terrible. All the songs sound the same with a low depressing singing tone. I paid pre-order price of $20 plus ..worst money I've every spent. I gave the C.D. away to my co-worker without even listening thru the entire c.d. Sorry, I know Leonard Cohen was a talented man but this is not his best work..he sounds like the grim reaper with a guitar. Bland and boring.
