    Awesome Deck Box

    We bought this deck box about 3 weeks ago. We love it! It is a great place for all the garden hoses, and other miscellaneous yard equipment. Highly recommend!

    Initial review

    Boxes well organized. Instructions are easy to follow. Assembled in 30 minutes. Feels sturdy with double wall construction. Time will tell how it survives the elements because it sits in an unshaded southern exposure in Florida. I use it as a pool chemical storage box.

    Looks great; assembly a bit unclear even with online instructions

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks really sturdy and it’s a great size. It does make a really loud sound when closing and wears trying to figure out what’s. It quite right. There are several screws that screws into spots that didn’t have predrilled holes and even ended up sticking out oddly. Those instructions shud also have explained and spelled that out when they only said, “don’t tighten fully,” it would have made a huge difference. The cover was slightly damaged but we assembled it anyway and hope to get a lot of good use from it., regardless. I don’t think itye time and effort to replace it would have been worth the effort.

    Problematical…

    In general, this is a reasonably high quality product, except: they want you to have two copies of a specific wrench, which is silly because nobody has two copies of the same wrench, and more importantly, various screws and bolts were simply not the right sizes to assemble this thing. So, I’m pretty frustrated right now…

    Some assembly difficult

    Purchased and assembled by myself. All went well except for installation of gas springs. Could not squeeze it on as per instructions. Had to use dead blow mallet. Hoping I didn’t damage it. Otherwise, nice box and assembly.

I ended up buying three of them after I saw how nice they were compared to previous brands I purchased! OMG, the 116 gallon model is a wonderful size. Everything assembled lined up perfectly. 100% recommend this model, and frankly, any Lifetime product! They have an excellent warranty too!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love this product. It’s very well made, durable and sturdy. Can’t confirm it it’s waterproof yet but I’m anxious to find out. I couldn’t rate 5 stars because it was extremely difficult for me to install the screws in the lid with a drill. I’m a female and assembled it myself but I had to purchase an impact driver to complete the job and even had some trouble with that. But I got it done and I’m proud of that. The instructional video is great but it would’ve been easier if I’d had the tools in the demonstration. I would recommend this product though.

    So much better than Rubbermaid deck boxes!

    It is so much sturdier than other deck boxes I have had. One of the parts that came with the box was faulty. I contacted them and they said they would send me the replacement part right away. I definitely recommend anything made by Lifetime.

    Good instructions-except.

    right & Left sides didn’t see marking. The corner screws on step 1.1 had to be removed so bolts on step 2.6 would align. One gas arm had broken clips - expecting a replacement
