[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked long and hard for a deck box with good ratings for weather resistance for use as a parcel box on my front porch. Finally came across a review that mentioned Lifetime products. First deck box with flawless ratings I could find that had awesome scores for durability, water resistance and customer satisfaction. First shipment arrived with some damage to the lid. Lifetime was quick to send out a return shipment label for free return and immediate replacement. Second one arrived in perfect condition. Easy to put together, although instructions could have been more clear about how the lid hinge assembly went together. Once put together it went out on my porch and has been collecting all my shipments; dry and no more water damage. No porch pirates will see my packages either. It has a lockable lid as well. Love my Lifetime box!

Have had multiple outdoor storage boxes for years. Just ordered a third. The lighter colored ones stand up incredibly well to south Texas heat and U.V. After 4 years we had an issue with a few parts and they replaced them free of charge as a courtesy. They didn't need too, just did. Reliable products and customer service. We will buy again !

These deck boxes are high quality, weather tight and user friendly. Customer service if needed, is also excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! A little harder to put together than I expected, but a much nicer product that I had before. Works perfectly in my goat shed to keep supplies dry and away from them. And the top makes a perfect bed for one of my goats!

Went together easily. Holds everything I hopped it would. Looks great and protects my stuff from the elements.

My 10 year old dock box hinges were rusting badly. I called Lifetime to see about purchasing replacement hinges, and they sent me new ones at no cost!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the box lid after about a week assembling and using this particular box. I immediately notified Lifetime customer service and the response was timely and appropriately handled! I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company! The products are amazing and we will only purchase this type of storage box from this company! We already have now 3 of these boxes, and if we were allowed to have a storage building we would likely order that as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 of these storage boxes on our back patio. We have had 1 for over 6 years. Bought a 2nd one to place pool towels and misc pool items. They look great and everything stays out of sight and most importantly dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice - now outside - has just rained and having checked, no water penetration apparent. Box easy to assemble, some issues with the lid, primarily: the bolts not fitting properly through the hinges and the nuts not fitting properly on the bolts, but a bit of forcing seems to have worked; none of the screws in the lid support or the hinges fitted, but luckily had some in the toolbox which seem to have done the job.
