Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the box lid after about a week assembling and using this particular box. I immediately notified Lifetime customer service and the response was timely and appropriately handled! I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company! The products are amazing and we will only purchase this type of storage box from this company! We already have now 3 of these boxes, and if we were allowed to have a storage building we would likely order that as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice - now outside - has just rained and having checked, no water penetration apparent. Box easy to assemble, some issues with the lid, primarily: the bolts not fitting properly through the hinges and the nuts not fitting properly on the bolts, but a bit of forcing seems to have worked; none of the screws in the lid support or the hinges fitted, but luckily had some in the toolbox which seem to have done the job.

I bought one of these several years ago, and was so happy with it that I bought another. Unfortunately, as I live in Florida, the hinges on the first one rusted away. I contacted Lifetime, expecting to pay to get replacement hinges. The service representative told me they would send me a set for free. I was very pleased, as the first box is several years old. The customer rep was friendly and helpful. Thanks, I'll be looking here in the future for my purchases!

I bought this box, took it home, assembled it, but when it came time to put the lid on, I found that it had a hole in it. This happened at the store. Lifetime is sending me a new lid, even thought this was no fault of theirs. What a wonderful surprise!
