Warning- cannot wash
Loved this backpack and worked well for a trip to Disney. What I didn’t like was that it cannot be washed. Water spilled in the backpack and brown marks showed up on the outside. The spot clean instructions didn’t work so I washed it on gentle with no spin. When it dried there were even more marks on it. Very disappointed.

Straps are terribly designed
The straps are very poorly designed. There’s no padding for the child’s shoulders and the material allows the adjuster to slide easily. I’m constantly having to fix / adjust them

Let down
Love the look of this backpack, but the straps are AWFUL! Will not stay on your shoulders at all, and no support. The entire front also unzips which isn’t great. If your child unzips it all the way down, everything will fall out. I wanted to love this bag, but it’s just not designed well. Especially with how much I paid for it, was very disappointed.

Great but no outer pockets
Great size for toddler to adults we use this as a diaper bag for day trips and for our Disney trip soon there are no outer pockets for storage everything is inside is only downfall for quick access to things like a phone.
