My doctor suggested ACV

She said apple cider vinegar might help with my digestion but I couldn't handle the liquid, it burned my throat. These are a good compromise. Two a day, apple flavor, no issues. My stomach feels calmer after meals. I'll keep buying.

No more vinegar shots

I used to choke down a tablespoon of ACV every morning. these are way easier and dont burn my throat. apple flavor is decent, slightly sweet. been taking them for about three weeks and digestion feels a bit smoother. 48 count goes fast though if you take the full serving.
