Q: Does this product support an iPad Air 13” equipped with/ cellular?? I’m not sure how to differentiate between the two iPad Air apart from screen size.

Q: Would it be compatible with a 9th generation iPad?

Logitech makes a version of this Combo Touch designed for the iPad 9th Gen, the Logitech Combo Touch for iPad (7th, 8th, & 9th Generation). You would need to purchase that model for compatibility.
