Great product for Kegel Exercises
This was a New Year's Resolution purchase. My goal was to do Kegel exercises several days a week and the App reminds me every day. I love how I can see visually on the App when I am doing my exercisers correctly. The only drawback is that this one is a little expensive, but I'm worth it!
