Sometimes referred to as a Mbira or thumb piano, LP’s kalimba is patterned after traditional African versions of the instrument. It features a solid ash construction and an exclusive heart-shaped body that fits comfortably in hands. Chrome-plated metal tines produce clear and pure notes, that when blended together, create beautifully layered tones. Built-in vibrato side ports allow to add a sonic “wah” element to playing.
