My wife loved the look of the locket, it is great but functionally the pictures keep falling out after only wearing it for a few days and can’t get them to stay in the locket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locket is very dainty and cute. Since it’s so small getting the pictures in is very difficult. For the price of this necklace, the necklace should be able to be customized and have the pictures already come in it. To get the pictures to be sized correctly and then put in have been a lot of work. One of the clear pieces to go over my picture got scratched and then I lost it as I was trying to put it in and they said to replace it I’d need to buy a replacement for a very small piece. Overall, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this exact necklace to someone.

I love being able to pop it open and just get a little glimpse of the time those pictures were taken. This is a beautiful locket, but it is very small and was extremely difficult to make a photo small enough to fit in it.

My boyfriend bought me this necklace for Christmas last year, and I have never taken it off. I started to notice about a week ago it started to tarnish on my neck, making my neck green:(. I’m so sad! Has anyone else experienced tarnishing?

I love the locket but feel like you need to be a surgeon to manipulate the picture and protective plastic cover into place inside of the locket. Very difficult:

I originally bought a walk for myself in 2023. I really love this piece and think it is so special. It is just so timeless and versatile piece. I hope made by Mary never stops making them. I first bought one for myself and have baby photos of me and my husband in them. And then I bought one for my mother that has her wedding photos in it. Just so special and close to my heart. The quality is great however I have noticed just the clasp has acquired a little bit of tarnishing. With that in mind-I do wear it ALOT! I would purchase this piece over and over. I love jewelry that has meaning and this will forever be my favorite

The locket is pretty and looks expensive. The chain was an entirely different color of gold. Looked super cheap, very yellow. I used to love MBM. But I returned my whole order. It all was super cheap/yellow. And I have some necklaces from a few years ago from them and they still look amazing. Their quality has gone down.

While the necklace is cute it’s difficult to insert the photos and get them to properly stay in place without adding glue as an extra support.I would’ve paid extra if that meant they can add in the photo so I would choose another company instead.
