A: Per their website . . . Cereal: 4-5g Treats: 2-3g Granola: 7-8g net carbs per 2/3 cup serving. So 30 grams (1/3 cup) of granola would be 3.5 to 4 grams of carbs depending on the flavor

Nice granola substitute!
This is a really nice substitute for granola, minus all of the sugar! It tastes and 'feels' like granola. It doesn't get as soft as regular granola in milk, but I don't mind that. The berry taste comes through without the dried fruit. I love that this is not high in sugar, all natural and yet has a great taste and texture.

Granola Greatness
If you want a granola that is good doe you and taste amazing, then this is it. You can eat it with fruit, yogurt, and I make a my own trail mix with it. Sometimes I just eat it by itself. Like I said this is Granola Greatness/Goodness

I wasn’t sure what to expect with granola that said it was high protein. But I thought I would give this a try and it is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this. Great flavor and great texture and perfect on its own as well as adding it to your favorite yogurt or fruit.

I mix your granola with raisins and bits of apple. A splash of milk, pop it into the microwave for two minutes, and your tummy will say yummy! This is an outstanding granola!
