Item cannot be returned

The rose notes are overpowering. Less than 15 minutes later the area I sprayed started itching and turned red. The worst part is it is not returnable! If you are unsure about a fragrance from Targets’ partners, DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The return policy on certain items from partners is misleading and confusing If there is a next time, I doubt it will be, I’ll make sure to read every page……that was my fault.
